Corona crisis: GasTerra remains accessible

Since Friday last week, all employees, with the exception of dispatchers and traders, have been working from home. Our IT systems allow this way of working; the experiences in these first days are good. Everyone can be reached by phone and email. Our online services remain available.

All personal meetings and gatherings are not permitted until further notice; consultation with our relations is only possible by telephone or video connection.

With regard to gas supplies, we maintain in close contact with our suppliers to ensure that we continue to meet our contractual obligations, as our customers are used to.

Customers who have specific questions may contact their GasTerra account manager or send an email to communication@gasterra.nl.

Of course, if necessary, account managers will also contact customers themselves.
