Annie Krist elected vice-president of Eurogas

At its annual meeting the General Assembly of Eurogas has elected GasTerra CEO Annie Krist as vice- president. She was already member of the Board.

On June 19, the General Assembly of Eurogas met on a digital platform for its annual meeting. In addition to the usual items on the agenda, such as approving the financial report and decharging the Board, the Assembly also had to give its approval to an amendment of the statutes of Eurogas. One of the changes is that in addition to the presidency of the association, presently occupied by Philippe Sauquet of Total, the position of vice-president has been created.

The majority of the General Assembly delegates voted for Annie Krist. Christian Signoretto of ENI came second. For more reasons it was a good day for diversity in the Eurogas Board. Medy van der Laan, president of Energy Netherlands, Audrey Gallacher of Energy UK and Eva Hennig of Thüga (Germany) also became Board members.
